Bill Payment Options During the Canada Post Strike

In light of the ongoing Canada Post strike, we want to ensure that you have access to reliable and convenient methods for paying your bills. While paper bill delivery will be interrupted, please be aware that your bill payment is still due on the Current Charges Due Date.

To avoid any missed bills or payments, we encourage you to register for e-billing by calling our office at 1 (877) 428-3972. Below are alternative options available to help you manage your account during this time:

  1. Online Banking
Payments can be made through your financial institution's online banking platform. Simply add "Battle River Power Coop" as a payee and use your account number to complete the transaction.
  2. Telephone Banking
If you prefer, you can pay your bill by contacting your bank's telephone banking service or call us directly at 1 (877) 428-3972 to pay with a credit card.
  3. Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)
Sign up for our pre-authorized payment plan, and your bills will be automatically paid from your bank account. To enroll, please contact us directly at 1 (877) 428-3972 or email brpc@brpower.coop.
  4. In-Person Payments
Payments can be made in person at our office during regular business hours:
Address: 135 47017 Hwy 21, Camrose (North of the Cargill plant)
    Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  5. Drop-Box Payments
We have a drop-box at our office for after-hours payments. Please ensure your payment is clearly labelled with your account information.
  6. Online Account Access Portal
Sign up for our online portal to easily manage your account, view bills, and make payments. Go to the Account Page to submit a form.

We understand the inconvenience the Canada Post strike may cause, and we are committed to supporting you through this period. If you have any questions or need assistance with payment arrangements, don't hesitate to contact our Member Services team at 1 (877) 428-3972 or brpc@brpower.coop
